SparkPeople posted "50 ways to burn 100 calories" yesterday and I loved it! House cleaning for 30 minutes burns 100 calories -- I was so excited by this news that I actually vacuumed my whole house just burn some calories! My daughter was excited because dancing around the living room for 15minutes burned 100 calories, so danced like a crazy lady and had some fun.

Here's the list: in case you want to try any of them. I printed this list and posted it on the front of my fridge for encouragement!

I can't say for whoever made the listing above, but usually when exercise calories are calculated they are considered in addition to basal metabolic rate numbers.
