Unfortunately, me and chips go back a long way and I'd have had those babies open and gone between the check-out and the door so it's easier for me to just not touch them.
Only if you have the willpower to only take an ounce at a time.
I have enjoyed Kay's Naturals protien puffs in almond flavor. They reminded me of cereal, they sat very well in my tummy without hypoglycemic issues. I ordered a few different flavors to take to work with me.
Like Cinwa/Corrine, any type of chips are a "trigger" food for me, so I stay far far away from them. I used to eat at least 1/2 of a BIG bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos in about 10 minutes while watching TV, then wondered where they went, LOL!
But the protein and caloric counts look good IF you're not like me and inhale the whole bag, ha ha!
