kimberlyatlga Report post Posted May 1, 2012 (edited) I have lost 90 pounds. Stalled at one weight (give or take a pound) for 7 weeks! Then the stall broke and I lost 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks. I am trying to look at the long picture...but it is hard. I keep thinking I have stretched my pouch or it is not working. I never eat until I hurt. I never dump. I rarely cheat. Cheating for me is a cocktail (once in a great while) or maybe a slice of "regular" pizza. Anyway, I am healthier and happier. I am only on one medication (plus vitamins/vitamin D/calcium) and I have not taken insulin in almost 2 months. My A1-C is 4.9. This is HUGE for me as I am a Type I diabetic. This in itself is a great reward. So, I am hoping my losing weight continues. I hope all of you NOVEMBER 2011 surgery dates are doing well. Dale~Marie Report post Posted May 1, 2012 You are doing excellent, Kimberly!!!! Don't worry, I also stall ALL THE TIME! I swear, I feel like I spend more time stalling than losing. LOL! Keep up the excellent work!!!!
