Staplers -- what is everyone eating now?

Would love to hear what everyone's eating and how much!

I've tried fish and tofu this week and it's been AWESOME!!!!

Chicken Divan....it's a casserole dish that has broccoli and cheese as main ingredients....so yummy! About 1 cup of it.....though broccoli gives me gas :)

I am 2 months out & I've been eating mainly fruits & veggies - I love salads, they go down so well for me. I usually eat half for lunch & the other half for dinner. Honestly poultry & meat make me feel a bit uncomfortable. So I don't eat them too often.

I can eat everything ( no bad stuff) I mean like so far been able to tolerate fruit veggies , salads , seafood, red meat n chicken. Knock on wood . It's hard to stay away from Carbs though. When I am hungry I want a few pretzels to hold me over I should be eating a chs stick or something
