Pandora Report post Posted December 18, 2010 Okay so I made this one up... and it's pretty spicy, if you don't want it spicy leave the Jalapeno's out and it doesn't have bite at all. I adore this -- eating at least 3x a week for the last couple of weeks! Makes 6 -
mistymee Report post Posted December 19, 2010 interesting recipe, Pandora.. I don't eat artichoke, tomato, or mushrooms, so it wouldn't be my thing but I can see the appeal of the chicken, jalapeno's, cheese and pesto!
CindyP Report post Posted December 19, 2010 Okay, I've been wondering this for quite awhile. What is pesto?
Neezylicious Report post Posted December 20, 2010 Pesto is a sauce consisting of usually fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, and grated cheese. Its delicious! Ok so I made this tonight. The only thing I changed was I added some onion, garlic and minched green chilies. This recipe is the bomb! I made some spanish rice for the boyfriends portion and baked it on the top of it at the end and then broiled the cheese over it all. He raved and raved about it! This is definitely something I will be repeating again and again! And so easy!
Pandora Report post Posted December 20, 2010 Glad you liked it! Hubby hates onions or I would have added it myself! Nice touch adding the rice for you're boyfriend I served it with mashed potatoes for the not WLS'ers in the house.

Big Eric Report post Posted December 27, 2010 So I tried to make it the other night. Followed the recipe perfectly. It was a total disaster, an epic fail. Too embarassed to take a photo of it. It was definitely above my skill level, considering I can find a way to screw up a box of mac-n-cheese...
