Samoa Success!

Recommended Posts

Hey, Everyone, I'm back!!!! I had an INCREDIBLE month in American and Western Samoa with my son and friend. Trip of a lifetime! I'll post pics and talk more about it in my monthly maintenance blog when I get a chance in the next day or so.

But, I wanted to hurry here and report happiness! I was INCREDIBLY nervous about leaving my scale, normal foods, water enhancers, Weight Watcher meetings, and food scale/measuring cups for a whole month!! I was one of those daily weigh people (in addition to my "official" weekly Weight Watcher weigh-in), so I thought for sure I would balloon up. I also worried, and rightly so, about being able to run much there. It wasn't because of safety, but because they are very conservative there, and running in tights would've been a no-go in some of the areas.

Anyway, before I left, I ate because of nerves, and had gained 3 pounds. (130.4) After getting back home, my first official Weight Watchers weigh-in, I am 126.8! Yay!!!! My happy zone is 125-130, and happiest being 126-130, so I am happiest!!!  Also glad to be back with all my TTF heroes!!!!! :D
