Well, sure is crazy how fast time keeps moving so  now.  I weighed in at 172 even this morning with a low of 168.4 for the month.  I was on my way for the extra 10 lbs and was doing fine.  We went to my moms and sisters for Memorial weekend and that was that.  Its too easy for me to gain when I leave my range.  Could I have buckled back down and got there?  Yes, its just not worth it to me .  I would constantly be struggling and stressing.  Will I try it again ?  Yes, more than likely, just not today !!  

I have noticed I have been wanting to eat more off plan but do fine as long as I don't have it in the house.  I still stick to the rule protein first and I usually cant finish a meal and go back to it later 90% of the time.  I have done this since the beginning and it eliminates snacking for me a lot.

I am all healed from my mastopexy !!  I have one sm spot that is rough and the Dr. said it would soften up in time.

Oh yeah, same here, if I'm going to go off plan it will be when I am away from home.  That way it seems less likely to turn the off plan stuff into a bad new habit.  Although I have to say, even when I'm away from home, I don't feel a strong attraction to less healthy foods and I hope that continues for me.  As far as weight, I'm not really trying to lose at this point, just focused on healthy eating habits (quality foods and intermittent fasting).  My weight seems to be stuck (or stable) around 175-179 although my percentage body fat is stable to slightly lowering.
