CheeringCJ Report post Posted July 5, 2018 (edited) I have a pot on my desk that boils water quickly and I drink two 16 oz cups of tea (with collagen) every morning. I'm getting tired of it but sipping warmth helps me curb hunger. Any suggestions of anything else to sip? I'm going to bring broth in but any other ideas? (I don't drink coffee.....not until I'm grown up, which doesn't appear to be anytime soon!) Edited July 5, 2018 by CheeringCJ
cinwa Report post Posted July 5, 2018 I have a passion for Celestial Seasonings teas - especially the fruity flavours. And I grow a lot of spearmint and regular mint specifically for tea - fresh leaves in the summer and I dry the leaves for winter use.
BurgundyBoy Report post Posted July 7, 2018 You can buy little packets of miso soup with dried herbs/spices/tofu which are low in calories and a change of pace, pretty low in calories (20-30 per cup)...
