Cookbook recommendations?

If you have the internet then there's really no need for cookbooks I've found. I have a few but rarely if ever use them

I do follow a couple of sites on Facebook that often have great recipes. One is Nutrition for Weightloss Surgery (incidentally they do have a cookbook written by one of their dieticians Sally Johnson) specifically for WLS patients, another site that has some excellent recipes is Skinny Ms.

Also not a cookbook person (internet!), but http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/ has a ton of good recipes for every stage.

I'm another one who'd recommend using the internet for recipes.  I've got shelves of cookbooks bought pre-WLS and the only time they get to see the light of day is when I can be bothered to dust them.

And truth be known, there are very few recipes that can't be adapted to suit our needs.

Check out the Nom Nom Paleo website. If you are going ketogenic as part of your diet, there are some thought provoking recipes there...
