WOW!  That is a stunning transformation!  You've lost an amazing 190lb - you're close to being half the man you were.

Wow! That is one heckuva transformation! Congratulations!

I have to giggle a bit when I see the hospital pictures. All that I have seen look like the person has one heckuva buzz going on. lol

That picture was minutes away from them wheeling me into surgery.
they gave me something to calm my nerves... I wished they gave the same stuff to my wife- she was more nervous than I was
