Probably been answered many times but very roughly how long till this balloon belly goes down I feel like I could pop it ??hope it's  normal ??

Going to loo every other but very loose sorry tmi I wonder if I've gone a bit lactose intolerant seems worse after milk ??<_<

Bingo! I bet that’s it. Pretty common after surgery. Can you try to figure it out by elimination? Go lactose-free for a couple of days?

This happened to me post op. I just used lactose free milk for my shakes for a few months and it was done. Super helpful if you’re feeling constipated though - a glass of milk will clean you right out!!! :lol:

Your tummy might be a little puffy feeling for a few weeks anyway though. Mine did, for sure. Lots of healing going on in there!

Lactose intolerance/sensitivity is very common early post-WLS and given the symptoms you're experiencing, I'm with Jen on trying lactose free milk for a few days to see if that helps.
