Exercise?

Hi guys it' been a tough ten days and I haven't exercised as I'm so tired whether that is post op or emotional or 50/50 .....

What do you advise for a try as I seem to tire quickly xwould like to do something positive tomorrow ;)

Walking is always a good place to start. Dancing to your favorite songs is good too. You can build up the number of songs over time.

You're only 10 days out of your WLS - you aren't cleared for much of anything other than the walking that Gretta suggests.

I agree with @Gretta and @cinwa: find a pretty place to take a walk and listen to some upbeat music while you're doing it. You probably won't go far the first day, but a little walk today, and a little walk tomorrow, and pretty soon... 

I hit 3,000,000 steps since last April last week (that's when I got my Fitbit). :blink:
