About a year after WLS I started going to the trampoline park once in a while to jump or take an exercise class. I loved it but then started doing other things and forgot about it. I went last night with some friends that were in town and remembered how much I love it! I jumped for almost an hour. It is an excellent cardio and core work Jumping helps build muscles and increases bone density so the benefits are far beyond just burning calories or getting your heart rate up. It feels like it's easier on my knees and hips than some of the other workouts I do. Wanted to put this out there for those who live near a trampoline park and might want to give it a try. I'm going to try go once a week for the next two months. It is so much fun it doesn't even feel like a workout.

My first reaction when I saw this topic was to think back to the 90's, Jimmy Kimmel had a foolish show and had girls on trampolines.....LOL Trampoline must be an amazing workout.
