The food thing

Yes and no. A no: Yesterday I had to rush out the door very early and unconciously tried to wolf down food I should have chewed up more that was a touch too much. -> It's more that you have to build new habits over time. I'm only 2 months out. So If I think for more than 2 seconds... yes, have new habits. It's fine. If you read posts by people a year out, it's all yes you adjust and change.

I used to love eating bbq ribs. Lots, too many. Tonight had 1 rib in some navy beans. Delicious yet amount much smaller.
