Montly

Once a month self administered intramuscular injection of B12

I'm just over 9 years out.  I take:

2 x Celebrate Multivitamins

1,500mg calcium citrate

Carbonyl Iron (alternate days)

B12 (alternate days)

Biotin (alternate days)

D3 (dry form), (alternate days)

CoQ10

Not RNY related but I also have macular degeneration so take KriaXanthin, Mega EFA and Lutein (+Zeaxanthin).

I don't know what A-Red is Foodiegirl.  Do you have a link?

Bausch + Lomb do a small gelcap Areds 2 formula which I was allowed to take straight out of surgery but If you're not cleared for gelcaps, you could nip the end of the gelcap, bite on it and the liquid will come out.

Viteyes Areds 2 comes in a powder (search Amazon).  There are also chewables and liquids available
