I am super private and introverted, so my posting this is testament to what a great bunch you all are here on TT.

i thought my belly looked pretty fly today, and decided to share it with the internet!

Not bad, right? I'm dying for plastics but I'm grateful for this "before".

What are your workouts like? I'm thinking do SOMETHING every day. Right now it's mostly walking but I'm going to add weights and core tomorrow - just stuff  I can do at home (no gym near me and I don't want to be able to make excuses - everything I need is in the family room). And every other day do weights and toning and every other day walk. I have 6 weeks to make this a routine. Then I'll have to back down to just walking while I heal but thankfully I have a treadmill (I live in a COLD winter climate!)

hey mern, i replied to it but my reply has disappeared. not sure what happened. long story short, i don't work out, sorry to say.  I worked out a lot when i was younger so whatever you see there is what is left over from years ago.  I walked a lot post op to avoid clots and to help with healing. i am active every day. that's about it!
