Look how are you have come already!! You ARE strong enough. Not always an easy thing to believe, but you are.

Take it day by day, or even minute by minute if you have to. . . .

In moments like these, I remind myself I know what they taste like. I've had them thousands of times and they won't really give me what I need. Hang in there. Intense cravings only last a few minutes.

Cheetos are a trigger food for me to eat more  crabs! I learned to put them down! It is not easy some days! It is worth the sacrifice to not have them as a staple in my diet! I am living and taking control of my life one day at time!

Congratulations. I may be giving up cocoa flavored almonds for a while.

I have vowed this is will be my last container of vanilla coffee creamer. Sugar free but still.... that is at least 30-60 cal I don't need in a day, more specifically because I was perfectly fine and content with almond milk and SF torani syrup prior to ever getting a bug in my bonnet and buying said creamer in the first place....

I'm taking a break from cocoa flavored almonds. I've been eating too many nuts (as much as 4 oz in a day), and although my calories haven't exceeded 1200, I had 5 days in a row exceeding 1000. I'm feeling a bit bloated, and the grazing behavior is unhealthy. I had 1 oz yesterday (weighed and eaten in one sitting), and I have less than 10 nuts left. Once those are gone, I'll do without for a little while.

can you eat chick peas? they sell crunchy chick peas with different flavors at whole foods.  Not sure where else.  They're crunchy and flavorful and have protein.  You can also make them home made, I'd have to find a recipe for you.  Hang in there, you can do it!

I've made the crunchy chickpeas myself and they're good.  I tried the ones from Whole Foods, because...lazy, and I didn't like them very much.  Boo.  I need to make another batch one of these days.

I love baked chick peas! I sprinkle mine with a little powdered onion/garlic/smoked paprika for a BBQ and it is yummy!
