6 YEAR TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Recommended Posts

Today, it's been 6 years that I had gastric.  I maintain my 130 loss!!!  With each passing year, I become stronger and thankful that I do not have to live my life obese.

Wow. A few hours ago I was thinking about you and wondering how you've been then just now saw your post from earlier today. I'm glad to see that you're still doing well. :)

My birthday was March 14, I turned 51 years old, so my husband asked what I wanted for my birthday and I said a bike.  I have not rode a bike since I was a kid!  My husband and I both got bikes and we ride every day.  Who would have thought at my age I would still have fun riding like I did as a kid?

Living life with no limitations is the best!
