July peeps, how are you doing? I've recently hit a normal bmi! Granted, it's the tippy top of the range, but who cares, victory is mine!! On that note, trying to transition into a more maintenance mindset is unfamiliar and frustrating.

Thanks! I'm trying to decide if I'm happy where I am or if I want to continue trying to lose. Most people in my life that see me daily say that I should stop, but I know that my ideal body weight according to the chart is still almost 20 pounds away. :-/ Numbers are dumb and frustrating, but I can't ignore them.

Stop when you are comfortable and happy where you are. Don't let the chart dictate what you should weigh, BMI is a guide, not a definitive measure in my experience.

Those charts never made any sense to me in my whole life, fat or not, and I was at a healthy weight until my late 30's.
