  1. She died Oct 28, 2014. It speaks even more words now.
  2. It's been almost 4 years since I had my surgery. I think most people gain a little weight. In the last year I have gained 15 lbs. More than I would like! I also moved this year, changed jobs, my oldest daughter died, and I started school. Stress HAS been a factor. Now I need to get back on track. Things I have learned: It was worth it! Under our cloths we all look the same. My husband loves me no matter the size. Make sure you learn your RULES well. Because when you decide to cheat you usually don't go back. (sugar is a problem for me) You will eventually be able to eat more food. Make sure you continue to make good choices. Love yourself no matter your size! Have a support team. I'm very thankful for all the support and friendships I made at TT. This am I weighed in at 140.

I just left Disney yesterday. It's my favorite place to visit!! Everyone is different but most people are feeling pretty good by 3 months out so you should be good. And you will have lost a little weight by then to! So you will fit the rides better and have more energy! Have lots and lots of fun!!!!
