I've struggled with gain/loss all my life basically. Had sleeve in 2012 and lost from 250 to 167. I've gained back to 210, but now at 200. I'm currently doing Intermittent fasting and Keto. It is working for me to get to my goal of 150. I'm a slow looser and always have been. Guess its the menopausal woman. lol. I had a complete hysterectomy in my mid 30's with affects my weight loss and now I have the age thing of over 50 against me. I am now going to gym regularly and determined that 2020 will be the year that I get to my goal weight and also get in the best shape that I've ever been in. DETERMINED. Luckily I have a new husband who is very supportive and we are workout buddies, eating buddies, etc. It definitely helps to have that support.
