I am really needing some pick me ups and good vibes.  It has been a year since my surgery and I still have 36 pounds to lose.  I am struggling to get that off.  I have been working out and eating healthy off and on since my surgery.  I don't eat terrible but I don't get in my protein on a daily basis.  Last week my husband and I started eating clean and working out every night. When I say working out I mean I am doing 3-4 miles each night walking/running.  I weighed myself last Monday and I was at 186.  I weighed myself this morning and I was at 187.6. I don't get it.  Last week was the best I have ate in a good while.  I got in my protein every single day and exercised.  It makes my head space really bad when I struggle like this.  My husband of course lost 3 pounds so I am happy for him but at the same time I just want to cry my eyes out.  I don't know what I am doing wrong.

      How are you doing now ?  It takes longer for women to see any results for all the hard work.  I hope you kept/keep plugging away and get to your goal soon !!

  2. Hey guys, This is my first time posting on here but I need some advice. I had surgery back in October of 2019. I weighed in at 232 at 5ft 2in. I had the Gastric Sleeve surgery. I have since lost 50 pounds which is a celebration in itself but I am stuck. Any advice on how I can jump start the weight loss again? I thought about doing nothing but protein shakes again for a week or two but if there is something else I can so to jump start it I am willing to do it. Thank you in advance =]]
