I am really needing some pick me ups and good vibes. It has been a year since my surgery and I still have 36 pounds to lose. I am struggling to get that off. I have been working out and eating healthy off and on since my surgery. I don't eat terrible but I don't get in my protein on a daily basis. Last week my husband and I started eating clean and working out every night. When I say working out I mean I am doing 3-4 miles each night walking/running. I weighed myself last Monday and I was at 186. I weighed myself this morning and I was at 187.6. I don't get it. Last week was the best I have ate in a good while. I got in my protein every single day and exercised. It makes my head space really bad when I struggle like this. My husband of course lost 3 pounds so I am happy for him but at the same time I just want to cry my eyes out. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
