  2. December 15th would have been better to enjoy the Thanksgiving Holiday! Maybe you can have a quick one this weekend. I am about 6 weeks post op and looking forward to about a cup of Thanksgiving joy! Hope you like it here and get the support you need. There are many experts and many folks willing to help you on your journey to a newer, better, faster $6million dollar body.
  3. I did have a beer within 30 days post-op on a fishing trip. The beer coors light, extrememy cold and savored every swallow trying to work the bubbles out and maximize the taste. I sipped it slowly and enjoyed it with no ill effects.
  4. I find it impossible to eat 50-60 grams of protein daily during the first week of jello and broth that give only 1 or 2 grams of protein per serving?
  5. Hello Folks! Just had my Gastric Sleeve surgery 10/2/17 a couple of days ago by Dr. Hamamji. He also repaired a hiatal hernia in the process. Can't believe I finally did it. Been looking forward to this moment and looking forward to being the best I can be once again. A former Marine, I am trying to recapture my former self.
