    Since WLS, most expensive meal?

$25 for griilled salmon. I asked them to only add pepper and no sauce. Came with grilled veggies. I ate 1/4 of the salmon and some of the veggies. Good for lunch and dinner the next day

    Thinking about surgery

It's a total lifestyle change and it is not easy but you will feel amazing. Do it for your health. All of us older folks wish we would have done it earlier.

Half Way Done with Liquid Diet

Congratulations. Since you are on the liquid diet the transition once you are home from the hospital will be smooth. I was lucky and didn't need to take pain meds. Walk and drink as much as you can. Good luck!!

I am doing great so far. I went out to dinner and had 2 oz of grilled salmon and some grilled carrots. How has your journey been?

I had my surgery April 5 and so far so good. I have lost a total of 52 pounds from my highest weight. I have had to vomit twice for eating to fast but that has been it. I have been blessed.
