    I love this idea. Thin CVT you are a source of constant inspiration for me. I have read and then written down many of your suggestions/replies/comments to others so I will have them in 4 months when I am able to have my surgery.

    Hi Guy! I am really new here too. I won't actually have surgery until Feb 2017 due to Nut appointment requirements from my insurance co. So far I like this place and also a private facebook site that I visit multiple times a day. Hopefully you'll find what you need
  6. Protein Powders

    Has anyone had a good experience using vegan/plant/hemp protein powders? I know whey isolate is supposed to be best used but I am still wanting to know if anyone has used other types of powders to get their protein in. TIA

  8. Hair, skin and nails

    Not specifically. I just took a whole food based multivitamin, iron, calcium, D3 and B12. Based on annual bloodwork, I have stopped taking the iron. Many people take biotin, thinking it will prevent hairloss but it won't. Just make sure you meet (or exceed) protein and fluid requirements and take the above vitamins because these are what we tend to have problems with after WLS. ThinCVT Which brand of vitamins do you use?
  9. Maybe try an idea I got from another site.... Slice the bars into 20-24 slices, line a greased baking sheet and put them in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes. She said the are like a little cookie bite. She didn't like them in the bar form either.
