  1. I just had RNY surgery on 6/1/16. It still feels like a dream I still can't believe I actually did it FINALLY! I had been wanting the surgery for over a decade. I am still getting used to these new feelings and changes my body is going through. So happy I found this forum it's nice to have friendly support etc. Im so looking foward to this new life journey
  2. I know what you mean I am a bit over 2 weeks post op RNY and have been on just liquids, protein shakes, broth so far.....Im about to try strained cream soups soon I hope my pouch tolerates it ok. Congratulations on making it to the "losers bench" as folks call it lol.

      Great job so far!  The first month after the surgery can be tough - after that it gets much easier.  Just stick to the diet plan and watch the pounds fall off fast.
