    Congrats! You look sensational!
  3. I take it too and was told by my surgeon to take it.
  4. I use half and half and my nutritionist said it was A-OK. I count every calorie with My Fitness Pal, including the half and half.
  5. Great post and beautifully written. Send it to the New York Times! BTW my gynecologist had gastric bypass and is doing very well as am I.
  6. Let us know how it turns out. It looks good.
  7. I'm very sorry about the loss of your sister.
  8. Thanks. Both recipes sound great. Which spiralizer product do you use?
  9. Duffman, which spiralizer tool do you use? After you 'spiralize' the zucchini, how do you prepare the veggie spaghetti?
  10. LOL I didn't have my glasses on when I first read the recipe and I thought it said 5 (not .5) pounds of bacon. Heck, you could add that to dirt and it would be good!
  11. I had gastric bypass on Medicare. I was told (last year) that the sleeve was only available to be paid by Medicare if you were under 60. That may have changed in the interim. Whichever surgery you have must be done thru a Medicare approved Center of Excellence. The CoE will know the Medicare rules inside and out.
