Urinary infection? nope. The longer i stayed in the er and the more tests they ran the worse the news became.. Ultimate diagnosis was I have diverticulitis in part of my sigmoid colon. Thier intention was to put me on antibiotics and see if my perforated colon would close back up on its own, But an hour later they decided to rush me into emergency surgery and now I have a gaping hole in my st
  10. Just throwing out an update here since its been a couple months. Things are looking up for me. I found a new / better job. More money and its very physical so the weight is melting off me at an incredible pace.. I got custody of one of my daughters and she lives with me now. Im still losing consistently in fact ive dropped 32 pounds just since starting my new job and im only 19 pounds to goal weight. So yes things are looking up. Still with my girlfriend. She is very supportive. Everything is going good.
