    I am currently reading "The emotional first aid kit" a practical guide to life after bariatric surgery. It's very helpful in regards to emotions and relationships with food.

    Thank you all! I have tears in my eyes just reading your thoughts. Thank you for taking the time to answer me. I am starting my exercise routine again today. I am going to track my food on loseit.com. I have come a long way and my food choices make me feel physically sick. Thank you all again!

    Hi everyone! I lost my sister 2 weeks ago. It was sudden and unexpected. We were really close and I miss her very much. I find myself eating mindlessly. Not a lot because I can't but totally bad food choices. I have this I don't care attitude. I have a referral in to the psych dept but in the meantime how do you deal with loss And stress in conjunction with weightloss surgery?

    I was told by my nut that the body can only absorb 2500 per day. I take celebrate multi which has some and then I take an additional 2000 everyday.

    Cut off 4 inches of hair...sigh it was for the best.

      Im pre-op & natural... I cut mine this weekend and will probably cut it weekly until New Years! between the gym & expected surgery related weightloss I thought this would be easier

      Chin up, I hear you. I lost 3/4 of my hair (mine was pretty extreme due to another illness) and I have always had long hair from the age of 6 so I chopped it to my chin...devastating but now I am learning to like it.
