  2. Congrats on your weight loss. Like you I have gained back 40lbs! From being at my goal weight 3 years ago at 123lbs from 262. Right now I'm at 163. Feeling sad and frustrated. But, I ordered my Bariatric Advantage shakes today ( 2bags! ) I still don't eat white anything but, do tend to party on the weekends and do tacos / chips and light beer. Going to stay accountable this time. Good luck to you and everyone else struggling

  7. Hello TT , Here is my post in my Fitness group I belong to with my story. Go ahead and share Hugs, Jan Here is a BEFORE and ON MY WAY picture:D September 19, 2012 I weight 262lbs. 1 year 3 weeks later on October 5, 2012 I weighed in at 137lbs. My goal is 123lbs I have not had a french fry, Potatoes, Pasta or white bread since I started my journey. Looking back.... did it really taste sOooo good as to loose ME???? Not really. I have done at least 215 activities and ran 498miles, burned 61,987 calories Whooo Knew, I could do it? I just thank my web family for all my support and my family for allowing it to be MY TURN. And letting me totally change there lifestyle also in the journey to find myself. I am finally not a viewer in my life but a participate now! ~ That's my story and thank you for letting me share ~ Jan Flores Varela

    Owowheat Sandwiche thins are good. 100calories and digest fine. I love them with Peanut Butter and banana. I don't eat pasta or potatos or regular bread....it would scare me

    I am a year post and I wouldn't dream of trying bread. But, I do eat Orowheat Sandwiche Thins. 100 calories top & bottom and the digest fine. I love it with Peanut Butter & Banana
  13. Concerned over Hair Loss

    I lost hair also. I take Biotin & Zinc to help. It doesn't fall out quite soo much but, I am still thinner for sure. I use the Joan Rivers hair shadow stuff and totally boosted my confidence. Good luck

    I LOVE THEM!!!! This is a staple at my house! Fuzzy Navel , water & Zip Fiz , when I work out or run. Sometimes I make a 50/50 taste and put 2 coffee MooMoo (10calories each). Cappachino, Spire-tein Banana w/banana & Torani SF Haselnut (0calories) and blend. I also have the Roadside Lemonade...pretty good. I mainly use it in my Margaritaville and make a protein slushy.
