  1. My rib cage tattoo didn't hurt nearly as bad as some of my others. I totally thought it would since I am definitely ticklish and therefore sensitive, but nope. I still remember the one on my lower inside ankle hurting the worst of any I've had. I love how my artist shaped my rib tattoo so that it kind of flows over the curve of my ribs and down my side. (I posted the photos in post #129 on this thread, if you want to see.) As for your tattoo, I do like aqua and brown together, so that would be pretty.
  2. OMG, Beth! I know how long you've been working towards that! I am so, so happy for you! I will keep all fingers and toes firmly crossed on your behalf. Please keep us updated if it pans out.
  3. I <3 Powerade Zero!!! I even sometimes have Gatorade G2, but of course the Zero (G2 has calories...but I still love the fruit punch flavor) is better...and is usually on sale for cheaper than G2. It works awesome for me. With my schedule, it is occasionally tough to get to eat lunch before I go to the gym, so the Powerade helps give me energy I need to get through the afternoon.
  4. No, I'm almost certain Duckie never had a tummy tuck. She is just BLESSED!
  5. Thinking of you, podmate! Can't wait to see the promised "speedo pics", LOL. Take care and heal up well. You were already a hottie, but now...wooh, momma! :D:D
  6. Wooo hoooooo! Awesome news. Congratulations. I'm so happy for you and your family :D:D I'm sure we're all looking forward to hearing and seeing more of little Olivia when you are up to it. Best wishes!
  7. Sounds like a wonderful day, all around. "There are more things in heaven and earth..." (Am also NOT religious, but am agnostic because I do believe in the otherwise inexplicable...) Travel safe
  8. Oh sweetie! I'm just reading this now. ::BIG HUGS:: I know nothing is going to stop the worry for you, but hopefully love from your guys and from us can alleviate it a little. Big, best wishes for an awesome cruise and even MORE awesome good news when you get back. lots of love!
  9. I'm definitely going to watch! I can't believe it's only been a month since the last one, but I'm glad that so many people are getting help/hope now because of the show. I admit that I'm almost disappointed that they are continuing to get bigger and bigger people for the show since people as big as Shay and Daniel just can't make the change in just one season and because of the risks for them to try. Guess they need to keep trying to change things up and shock their audience. Oh well, I still enjoy watching.

Appendix is definitely lower right hand side. I had mine out 3 months before my RNY -- very located pain several inches below and to the right of my belly button. Definitely don't believe the appendix has anything to do with RNY. What did your doctor say?
  11. You, too! Life is good :-) I hope you're having very happy holidays.

  12. Great to see you around and you are looking awesome!

  13. Please don't panic. I'm one of those people who can eat something perfectly fine one day, and a lot of it, but the next day a few bites are all I can handle. Even drinking milk, for example, one day I can drink 16 oz in one serving over a half hour or so, and the next only a few sips and I'm done. We're all different, but I think you're fine. Just keep monitoring yourself.
  14. I love all those names!! Nicknames are very important to me since my name could never be made into a nickname (Erin) and I grew up in the age of the Jennifer where all those girls had such cute nicknames. Ironically, my parents partly chose my name just so that mean kids couldn't make it into a nickname, LOL. Anyway, all those names have such cute nicknames -- Coop, Gav, Liv, Kait, etc. Also, my first boyfriend was Gavin, so I have a soft spot for that name You have great taste! I admit, baby names are one of my favorite things to hear about.
  15. I'm so sorry that I didn't see this sooner! Thank you so much! I do feel great, thanks, and yes, when the pounds were dropping it was FUN to step on the scale every day. No, I never got as low as I was kind of hoping, but honestly, where I'm at is pretty great. I keep hoping that the scale will start moving again some day, but I don't freak out over it. The journey has been amazing - the destination isn't so important anymore. Best wishes to you, too!
