    "green" Zone

How do you know you've hit your "green" zone? I had my 5th fill two weeks ago. Although I can tell I'm not eating as much, it still feels like I can eat more than I should be able. Can anyone offer any advice on this? While I think another fill would be helpful, I am so afraid that it will be too tight. Every time I go in to the doctor, there is always someone there with a horror story! Thanks!

    Losing Inches, Not Pounds

I had my surgery on June 27, 2011. I've had 2 fills. Should I be concerned that I am not losing pounds yet? I am fitting in to smaller sizes, but I can't figure out why the scale isn't moving. Anyone else have the same problem?

    Pre-Op Diet

I am on day 2 of my pre-op diet. You're right; it's hard. I just keep thinking, only 13 more days.

    Anyone from DFW, TX?

I am in Fort Worth and I have my first pre-op appointment tomorrow. When are you having surgery?

    First Appointment Tomorrow

Hi you guys. I called the surgeon today to request a one-on-one appointment. I was not expecting one so quickly! Is there any question you wished you had asked before your surgery? Thanks.

    Hi from Fort Worth

Hi guys. I'm Melissa from Fort Worth. Recently stumbled onto this amazing forum while I was researching LapBand. At this point, I am just trying to get as much info as possible before meeting with the doctor. SO afraid I'm not going to make the right decision. I'm scared to do it and scared not to do it.
