  2. I feel your pain! I'm only 17 months and I'm having a hard time staying on track! I find I want to eat all the time and I also haven't been going to the gym. I feel like I have failed after all the hard work I have done. I hope to be able to get back on track! Why do we do this to ourselves? I still can't eat alot at one time but eat alot throughout the day:( I have gained 12 lbs but have lost 5 again. I am terrified of losing the battle. Maybe we can be each others support. I will give that 5day pouch test a try. Did you do it? Keep in touch and good luck
  3. You are a. very brave girl and we are here for you always! You can use this site for alot of things and you are doing it right by posting what you did...this will help you start the healing process of all the terrible things that happened to you as a child. You are so strong! You will be so happy when you have your surgery but remember losing the weight will not fix your life, your attitude and life style change will make you happy. And you my friend are on your way!!! Please keep us updated on your progress and stay positive on your journey. Remember you are stronger now mentally and it sounds like emotionally too!!! Good for you!
  4. You sound like you are doing great! Can you tell me about the 5dpt, I can't find info. on it and I would like to try it. I have gained 5 lbs since my surgery in 1/2011. I now weigh 138, I don't want to gain any more!!! Any info. you have I would really appreciate it. Thank you and good luck.

  6. Help, I'm at a stand still with losing weight! Have not lost any this past month!!!! I haven't been to the gym in a few weeks because I fell off the kitchen counter and hurt my tailbone and whole right side. I guess I should go and take it very slow! Is this stall normal? Any idea's? Would love to hear from you all. Thanks

  8. :(I had my gastric bypass on 1/3/11, my weigh in for surgery date was 202lbs, I now way 160 which is really amazing but it seems like this past month I have really slowed down. I have only lost 10 lbs this past month! I am so afraid I have stretched my pouch, how would I know? I don't eat that much and eat what I'm suppose to but not sure why I slowed down so much. I do go to the gym and work out almost always 5 days a week. I feel really good but am very concerned about my pouch, maybe it did stretch... I would love any feed back I can get. Thanks Nelson

  10. I am so happy that your test came back clear!!! I can't even imagine wihat you went through. Since that is all clear, you now can only think of the positive that is going to happen with your surgery coming one day in the near future! You will be around for a very long time with your two beautiful babies and your husband, you will live a very happy ,healthy, long ,obese free life!!!! I wish all that for you. You can and will get through all this. Good luck and keep us posted.

  12. What an amazing journey you have been through! You look awesome!!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing everything with all of us newbies. I am two months out today. I started at 228 in June 2010, surgery date=1/3/2011 I was 202, today I am 169. I can't believe what a difference I feel already. I work out 5 days a week. I still have a hard time drinking and eating what I need but I guess that comes with time. Thanks again for all your posts, can't wait to continue to read them.
