Well, here is how day 1 went...
Breakfast-Protein shake, vanilla (pre-packaged, Premier Protein), vitamins
mid-morning snack-1 cup Swanson Mexican Tortilla broth
Lunch-Protein shake, Syntrax Nectar double stuffed cookie made with 1 cup 1% milk, calcium (oh my gosh-YUM)
Mid-afternoon snack-sugar free jello
Dinner-Apple pie Protein shake, 1 scoop vanilla Pure Protein powder with 1 cup 1% milk, dash of apple pie spice, and 1 shot sugar free vanilla syrup, vitamins
Before bed snack-Protein shake, chocolate (pre-packaged, Premier Protein)
Three sugar-free popsicles throughout the day
4-20 oz bottles of water/crystal light
Liquid intake-130 oz, give or take a couple
Weight lost-1.3 pounds
I don't like the Mexican Tortilla broth nearly as much as I thought I would, though I think it would be great as a base for Taco soup or something. They didn't tell me to worry about carbs, so I am using 1% milk for shakes instead of Almond milk because they want me at about 750 calories.
