Default Protien Drinks

Hi
i am hopefully having my lapband on the 23rd of sept 08 and i was wondering what sort of protien drinks to buy and where to buy from any advice would be very welcome i did look in are health shop today but not sure what to buy or i there anything else to make up for it thanks sandra

Protein drinks are very much a personal thing and you can't guarantee on anything you like now being acceptable after surgery.

If you want my advice, go to vitalady.com and buy sample sized samples - it's enough for one shake - it could save you a lot of money in the end.

Hi Sandra
I been into holland and barratt in town , people seem to say the whey protein is the best , body fortress its called and in a few flavours too .
U will get your band , it all goes for u that u have lost all that weight before hand , u need a tool to keep it off .
U will be fine , u have my number and im happy to meet up with u for a coffee and chat in town .
