Hi Caren.

You can do a search using the search tool button at the top of the forum for just about anything. Here is the result of the 'ticker directions' search I did, which is how I figured out how to do them:

Hiya waterbottle as you can see it guages your weight loss and bmi for all to see, very easy to set up just go to Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy... good luck

Smile Cant do the ticker
I have just tried to do the ticker chart but says you have to have at least 100lbs to loose to use the chart?
