hi all
y is it when you have abit of stress your band tightens up
Ive had a bad few days with stress Ive not gone for the munches like i would normally do not that my band would let me i even tried chocolate today and boy did i have restriction .
this is the first time i have had restriction like this , whats the best thing to eat at times like this im hopin it will pass in a couple days .
ive been banded since the 14th may 07 and lost 45lb so far

Unfortunately I have no answer for you but why don't you try the search facility at the top of the screen - you might be able to find answers to your questions?
