Hi Ladies, 

 

I hope everyone is doing ok and feeling well. I have been looking at my calendar and it is almost surreal that I'm three months away from my 1 year surgiverssary.  I have lost 79 lbs. to date and that includes a few times I got fell of the wagon and gained a few punds here and there. I have one more pound to lose to reach my ideal weight, but still 15 pounds away from goal weight.

For months my exercise of choice has been walking just so that I could shed the pounds. I have now taken up a kickboxing class to build more muscle tone and become flexible. The only bad thing is that for some reason my vitamin D levels are constantly low. Are any of you ladies experiencing anything of the sort?
