What a difference!

Question! 225lb will still leave you at the upper end of the overweight BMI category. Will you review that when you get there?

Cinwa, I will 225 is the weight that my surgeon and I agreed on. I am sure I will continue to loose and will be happy to do so. I figure that when my body reaches the point it wants to stop it will. I will work to maintain that weight via exercise and these well established eating habits.

Major congratulations! You look amazing and happy!

I was never given a weight loss goal from my surgeon. But I chose 150 for myself. I think in a million years I never understood how much I could really lose. The number I picked for myself would have still left me overweight. It is amazing how we can continue to drop pounds!
