wow went for a walk tonight just abit further than i normally only out 50 minutes and did a mile and a half so nothing to strenuous, but when i sat down i just became so dizzy and light headed
did my blood sugar 7.8 don't no if that was it so i drank some lucozade lite sport, any way gone now but i don't want that again, any idea's/advice to avoid this in the future would be great.
10 days out had my stiches removed today, apart from this alls going well, down to 292 lbs or in the 20stones league which is a good feeling.

I responded to this earlier today but it must have gotten lost. The gist of it was:
Many folks get lightheaded or dizzy in the first weeks after surgery. Often, it can be relieved by drinking more water. Also, if you are on blood pressure meds, you may want to give your doc a call and let him/her know you have experienced some dizziness, you may need to have your dose adjusted.
