Not really a recipe, but a tbs of pb2 makes a choc shake taste like a peanut butter cup. Try a search in the recipes section

I just received the PB2 I ordered from Amazon yesterday. A 2 tbs serving has 5 grams of protein and 45 calories. I mixed a serving into chocolate protein and it was fabulous. The company that makes PB2 has recipes on its website here http://www.bellplantation.com/recipes. My bariatric clinic also has the peanut butter/chocolate blend. I have not seen it in retail stores though.

If you go to the bell plantation website you can search for some in your area- there's one place that came up for me. It was worth driving across town to so I didnt' have to pay shipping or wait. I bought 4 jars. :) I am going to make a thai peanut sauce with it tonight if I have time to serve with some chicken breast. I just googled PB2 peanut sauce recipe and got tons. Google PB2 recipes and you'll get lots of ideas. I don't like it plain, but it's great in stuff. Enjoy!

The best deal around for pricing for me was www.netrition.com because you can buy so many other things and they have a flat rate shipping of 4.95. and you don't have to buy a min. number of bottles like on their own website.

I buy pb2, probiotics, digestive enzymes, protein powders (look for 100% whey protein isolate) sugar free syrups (tons of flavors, packed really, really well.) from that site; plus their CS is phenomenal. I once received my order in less than 24 hours from when I ordered!!

OK- I made this chicken satay just now- YUUUUMMMM!!! Aside from a piece of salmon DH grilled me the other day, this is the first "real meal" I've eaten post-op (still on soft foods.) Just a bit of the sauce and marinating/not overcooking the chicken made it moist enough that my sleeve didn't complain. :) I didn't use any of the veggi, but this is suitable for company, IMO. :)

I mix it in my protein shakes. I have made the peanut butter and jelly cake from lifeaccordingtoeggface.com with it as well. Gotta try that chicken!

Oh and I found PB@ at a local health food store, I did a search at the bell plantation website and it will tell you if anyone carries it locally. I live in redneck-ville to so I was surprised.

I am SOOOOO gonna be trying the PB2 and the PB2 Chocolate. I live in Georgia and there is a WL program here called "Thrive" and they offer this product in their stores. I am also thinking that I will try the new Perfect Protein. From what I gather it looks like it is much more in line with my current needs and the protein content is amazing for the amount of calories and actual consumption amount. So stoked about all the information I have found through this forum. It is really making a difference in my nutrition... now if I can just change my mindset....

I order a few jars from netrition.com and have been addicted ever since. I also order the MHP Power Pak chocolate pudding that has 30g protein from netrition.

I mix in PB2 Chocolate in with the pudding and oh my it is SO good it shouldn't be healthy. LOL :D

I also just mix the PB2 Chocolate on its own to satisfy any sweet cravings.

I'm so glad I read this thread. I had no idea about PB2. I'm having a tough recovery and a peanut butter flavored protein shake is the only thing I've been able to tolerate....I'm definitely gonna try some PB2 and see what I can do with that.

And by the way, Chocorite makes a great peanut butter flavored protein shake. This one can also be found on Netrition.com. B)

I have been using the PB2 and the Choc PB2 for awhile now, I like to eat it with green apples but had no idea you could use it in other recipes! What about the PB2 thins? I just recently noticed them, has anyone tried them yet?

I just ordered this stuff and one word... AMAZING. I love it with a sliced apple. I also make a banana protein shake and I put a tbsp of it in there. I've had the jar a couple weeks and it's almost completely gone haha. Gotta order more. ;)

I had the pb2 thins... I liked them. I made up tiny packets of them (about 8 or so) and had them as a snack. Can't remember where I bought them though..... I'd like to order more.

I LOVE the PB2. I made a cheese cake and instead of sour cream used plain greek yogurt. Used splenda instead of sugar and added PB2 choc/pb. It was a first attempt and needs work, but it was GOOOOD. I am so down for that ice cream recipe! I need to get an ice cream maker!!!!

That's three for netrition. I make a post workout shake with 12 oz extra calcium skim milk, GNC amp wheybolic extreme 60 vanilla and PB2 mixed with enough water to make creamy.
Today I made a shake with half vanilla and half chocolate powder, very good. Tomorrow the PB2 goes in.
