8 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil (I consider this optional)
1 lemon, poke holes in it and cut it in half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons water
2 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken thighs
Mix together all the ingredients except the chicken in the crock pot. Stir in the chicken to coat. Cover and cook on low for six hours.
