Back in the Gym

Taking control of my weight-loss includes exercise.  I love the gym and weight lifting.  I stoped for several months due to a lot of issues.  I am back. It feels great to have hope. I will get on the scale every two weeks!

I had a blast. Yes, I was in pain that night. Lol

However, for these last (40) pounds I need to lose excise is required.

My body has set this weight.  I am still overweight.  I refuse to grow older fat.  I have to "keep on moving."  Thanks you all! I will keep posting!

Yeah I had to take a break too over the late summer. It's clear that exercise is my path to sure loss. Travelling now and hoping my hotel has a gym! Those endorphins help.

I am in love with the burn.  I just know my life is better with excise.  When I cannot workout my body/mind let us just say "I feel like crap."  I travel for my job too!  Now, I look for hotels with the best gyms verses the best bars!
