Welcome to Thinner Times Eboni!

I ate beans on the pureed phase of my diet.  Check out The World According To Eggface's website - there are some great ideas for the pureed stage (and beyond).   http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/08/pureed-foods.html

Welcome! I ate pureed refried beans and salsa and pureed split pea soup with ham often on that stage. I took Phazyme for gas when I ate those, because that gas can be uncomfortable. I was allowed thin-sliced deli meat and string cheese (small, well-chewed bites) also.

Welcome!  Beans, as long as they are pureed, should be fine to eat.

This gastric bypass diet food guide from one of the best hospitals in Boston should be helpful to you in planning what to eat:
