@Dtrain84, you look amazing! Who cares about the stupid numbers on the scale? (OK, we all do, this is a WLS forum). But really, although I hope those 7 pounds go fast, at a certain point it's not about the numbers. The look on your face - calm confidence - says a lot more about how you're doing on your journey than the numbers on the scale.

That's a great shirt-tie combo, btw. You must be moving down suit sizes pretty fast - I hope you've got your eye on a new one :)

@Jen581791 Thank you for that dose of inspiration! You guys at TT are the best! As for my suit, 7 months ago I could not put it on because it was a very tight fit. It is so loose now. I will have to retire it along with my other suits. I'm definitely not complaining about that. Lol!

I know - I sometimes feel sad to say goodbye to a favorite piece of clothing, but then I remember WHY I can't wear it anymore, and I feel SO GOOD.

I found in my attic this weekend two boxes of my Brooks Brothers grey suits (I am at attorney) that I put away when they got too large after my surgery.  I put on one of the suit jackets and it was HUGE on me - my emotion was one of joy rather than sadness. :D  I promptly donated them to Goodwill Industries, a charity, for sale in their thrift shops as I never will be that big again.

What a great feeling! Both finding that they are WAY too big, and also the joy of knowing someone else who needs nice suits will get them, thanks to you.

I've hit another stall. For the past 2 weeks, my weight has been fluctuating between 7 to 10 lbs. from the 100-pound mark. I'm doing my part to get to that mark. I'm waiting patiently for this stall to break.

Ugh!! So frustrating!! I'm sorry you're stalled like this...I think that's the hardest part of this whole thing. Here's to hoping your stall breaks soon!

Just keep to the Plan, it will drop.

Perhaps my memory is faulty, but your Path has been just diet as I recall? Maybe an evening stroll would gently boost you in the right direction...

Say this because I'm finding that if I don't get my hour of exercise 4-7 times a week then my decline really slows down. I must be one of those people for whom the exercise does make the difference. Just came back from a week long trip where I got no exercise and the food was all salty... and I am 5 lbs up on the scale. I know it can't be real weight but man I did not like seeing that. So now back to my Plan with the knowledge it always works in the end. And so it will for you!!

Trust you @BurgundyBoy. A broken record on the exercise bandwagon!!!! Haha, just kidding.....I wish I could get my head into the space where I believed exercise could be even remotely alluring. For now though I'll let my medically imposed non-weightbearing status allow me to be a 24/7 sloth!

Hopefully things will start moving again soon @Dtrain84

@Dtrain84 I haven't been here long enough to follow your progress. I will tell you that your before and after pictures are just amazing! These are the type things that keep me motivated to keep on keeping on. Thanks for sharing :)

Yes, I been doing diet only with occasional walking. This stall has been hard to break. If I didn't have exercise restrictions, I'm pretty sure I would probably be near or at goal weight. I used to be a workout rat.

Am stalled too. My weight today is about the same it was 3 weeks ago, and between was a giant upside-down U shaped increase of 6 lbs. and a slow decrease... to where I was. Had an overseas trip but that only lasted a week, and this was a 3-week thing. Bah. Clearly the Weight Loss Gremlins stole my body and did something weird in the control room. I mean, what other explanation could exist?!

Off to do some yoga... I don't even know which form of exercise does what for me anymore. The older I get the less I know...

Omg!! I'm sorry to hear that you're stuck!! I know it will break  But I also know how you must be feeling right about now. Try to hang in there...it's coming. And once it does, it's going to be a whopper!!
