I have not but it may be different for you but my programme did not allow for fresh fruit until 12 weeks post-op with the exception of the little cups of peaches or pears in natural juice.

Check with your surgeon's office or nutritionist.

Oh me! This happened about three weeks after my surgery. I had a banana in my protein shake and I nearly passed out in public. I also had a negative experience a few days ago with blended cherries in my protein shake. I didn't throw up but I was nauseous, sweaty and had to go to bed.

Boo, hiss, boo.

That is what happened to me I had a fresh banana shake and within 10 minutes I had a racing heart and felt like I was going to pass out.

I was told by my dietician fresh fruit should have no impact <_<

Been putting 70 g (half cup) of blueberries into my protein shake in the morning, no problems. only other fruit i'm getting is the little bit in a cup of commercial Greek yogurt or the odd apple.  My understanding is that dumping syndrome is most common after bypass.
