My activity for 5/1 and today will be working upper body. 28 more days till Surgery! #Blessed

Other than some yoga and pilates to keep me flexible, walking is my sole form of exercise.  

I live in the foothills of the PNW and we don't have sidewalks and what with our rain, a treadmill is invaluable to me.  I do 3 miles every day at a pretty stiff pace - half of which I do with the incline feature.
