I had my surgery a month and a half ago. I started at 250 and I'm at 204. My goal is to get to 135. I'm stuck but I walk a lot even started jogging a little bit. I had the gastric bypass

Great job with weight loss so far!  Just stick to the diet, drink lots of no calorie liquids, take your vitamins and lead an active lifestyle - and you really can get yourself to your goal weight and then maintain your weight long term. :)

You will have a few weight loss stalls along the way, but hang in there as these stalls are normal and will end.

Welcome to Thinner Times Mhf!

You're off to a great start so don't worry about the scales - they'll just drive you nuts.  We don't lose weight at a constant rate anyway.
