Recipe books?

4 posts in this topic

I'm looking for healthy chicken meals.  I've found one or two online and it's got me curious if there are any good bariatric recipe books out there?

I'm far away from being able to eat solid food but if I have the money I'd like to buy a recipe book and set up a meal or two that I can talk to my dietitian about.

I'm sworn off buying any more cookbooks.  The internet has so much more to offer and to be honest, there are few recipes that can't be adapted to make them healthier/bariatric friendly.

One of my favourite site is SparkRecipes.  This is the link to the poultry recipes:  https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/browse-results.asp?category=Poultry
